超声引导下留置外周静脉导管在困难置管患者中的效果观察 被引量：13

摘要 目的探讨超声引导下留置外周静脉导管在困难置管患者中的临床效果。方法选择本院2014年12月至2015年6月120例外周静脉置管困难的患者作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组(传统盲穿法)58例和试验组(超声引导下留置外周静脉导管)62例,比较两组患者一次性置管成功率、置管成功率、穿刺次数、留置时间、并发症发生率、穿刺耗材费用等指标。结果两组患者置管成功率比较差异没有显著性(P>0.05),试验组一次性置管成功率显著高于对照组,穿刺次数低于对照组,留置时间长于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,穿刺耗材费用低于对照组,均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论超声引导技术可以提高困难置管患者外周静脉穿刺初次置管成功率,减少穿刺次数,降低并发症的发生率及相关费用。
