摘要
目的:分析优质护理干预改善老年股骨颈骨折患者的临床疗效及不良情绪的效果。方法:选取在笔者所在医院进行治疗的150例老年股骨颈骨折患者,根据护理方式进行分组,75例对照组患者采取常规护理方式,75例试验组患者采用优质护理干预方式,对两组患者的临床护理后髋关节功能进行评分,比较两组患者护理前后的不良情绪改善情况。结果:试验组6个月后的Harriy综合评分明显高于对照组;试验组护理后的SAS和SDS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预可以辅助老年股骨颈骨折患者恢复进程,提高功能恢复的效果,改善患者的不良情绪,在临床护理应用中具有重要价值。
Objective：To analyze the clinical effect and adverse effect of high quality nursing intervention on elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Method：150 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture in the author＇s hospital for treatment were selected, and were divided into two groups according to the nursing mode grouping,75 cases of patients of the control group were treated with routine nursing, and 75 cases of patients of the experimental group were given high quality nursing intervention,the hip joint function of two groups of patients after clinical nursing were scored,bad mood improving situation before and after nursing were compared. Result：The Harriy comprehensive score of the experimental group after 6 months was significantly higher than that of the control group;After nursing SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：High-quality nursing intervention can help the elderly femoral neck fracture patients restore process, improve functional recovery and improve the patient＇s bad mood, in clinical nursing application has important value.
