摘要
目的 探讨综合护理干预在老年股骨颈骨折中的应用及效果评价.方法 选择2009年1月～2013年6月我院骨科住院手术治疗老年股骨颈骨折患者90例,随机分为常规护理组和综合护理组.两组患者均予以股骨颈骨折术后护理常规.综合护理组在此基础上加用综合护理干预,干预时间均为两周.观察两组患者治疗期间并发症发生率和治疗后6个月髋关节功能及日常生活能力（ADL）的变化.结果 干预两周内,综合护理组患者并发症发生率为17.78％,明显低于常规护理组42.22％ （x2=6.76,P＜0.05）.随访6个月,两组髋关节功能和ADL评分均较前明显上升（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）,且综合护理组上升值明显高于常规护理组（P＜0.05）.结论 综合护理干预可明显减少老年股骨颈骨折患者并发症发生率,促进髋关节功能的恢复,提高日常生活能力.
Objective To discuss application and curative evaluation of comprehensive nursing intervention on femoral neck fracture in the elderly. Methods Ninety cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture, who were in hospital and given the medical treatment from January 2009 to June 2013 in our hospital, were divided into routine nursing group and comprehensive nursing group at random. The patients in two groups were given postoperative routine nursing. The patients in comprehensive nursing group were additionally given comprehensive nursing intervention for 2 weeks. The changes of complication occurrence rates during the medical treatment and the function of hip joint and ability of daily life （ADL） after 6 months＇ medical treatment of patients in two groups were observed. Results Within 2 weeks＇ intervention, complication occurrence rate of patients in comprehensive nursing group was 17.78%, which was much lower than that in routine nursing group （42.22%） （X2=6.76, P〈0.05）, According to 6 months＇ following-up after the intervention, the function of hip joint and ADL scores were obviously rose than before（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）, and the ris- ing rate of patients in comprehensive group was much higher than that in routine nursing group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can obviously reduce the complication occurrence rate of femoral neck fracture in the elderly, promote the recovery of the function of hip joint and enhance the daily life ability.
