复合绝缘子芯棒典型缺陷检测方法研究现状 被引量:7

摘要 复合绝缘子具有质量轻、体积小、憎水性好等诸多优越性能,在国内外电力系统中应用广泛,目前在世界各国电网输电线路绝缘中具有重要地位。但随着复合绝缘子的推广应用,因其缺陷尤其是芯棒典型缺陷所造成的运行事故屡屡发生。国内外专家学者针对该问题提出了多种缺陷检测方法来检查复合绝缘子尤其是芯棒存在的各种缺陷。总结了目前国内外专家学者提出的复合绝缘子尤其是芯棒典型缺陷的检测方法,将其主要分类为带电检测方法和不带电检测方法,并对各种缺陷检测方法的检测原理、适用范围和优缺点进行了分析和比较,有助于正确认识该方面检测方法的研究现状以及把握未来的研究方向。 Composite insulator is more and more widely used in power systems because of the advantages of light weight, small volume, fine hydrophobicity and so on, and it is very important for the transmission line insulation of power grid in the world. However, with the wide use of the composite insulator, many operational accidents caused, by the internal defects of composites insulators especially typical defects in core rods occur frequently. Aimming at the problem, domestic and foreign experts put forward many detection methods. This paper summarizes the detection methods for the internal defects of composites insulators especially typical defects in core rods proposed by experts around the world, classifies them into offline detection methods and online detection methods, amd analyzes and compares their detection principle, scopes of application and relative merits.
