摘要
选取蒙西电网某220kV输电线路上的单支复合绝缘子为研究对象,通过外观检查、X射线数字成像、扫描电子显微镜微观形貌观察、能谱分析、静态接触角测量及傅立叶红外光谱分析等试验方法对其老化性能进行研究。结果表明:较差的运行环境使复合绝缘子在短期运行后表面积污严重,高压侧金具镀锌层锈蚀严重;由于黏合工艺不规范,部分伞裙与护套的胶结面有孔隙及裂纹等缺陷;复合绝缘子伞裙的老化特征与朝向及位置有关,与低压侧和中段位置相比,高压侧伞裙表面形成的微裂纹宽度最大,朝南侧的伞裙中Si(CH3)2、Si-CH3、CH等有机官能团数量较低。静态接触角的测试结果表明,不同位置伞裙的憎水性能良好,均达到了HC1—HC2级。提出加强输电线路在役复合绝缘子监督工作、定期对其性能进行检测等建议。
One composite insulator on 220 kV transmission line in Western Inner Mongolia is investigated by means of macroscopic examination, X-ray digital imaging testing, Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) microscopic observation, X-ray energy spectrum analysis, static contact angle measurement and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FITR) analysis. The results show that the composite insulator shed surfaces are seriously polluted and high voltage fitting is obviously rusted due to poor operating environment. The aging characteristic of the composite insulator shed is proved to be mainly related to the orientation and location. Compared to the low voltage and middle sections, the micro-cracks formed in the high voltage shed are the widest. And the organic functional groups such as Si(CH3)2, Si-CH3 and C-H in the sheds facing south are lower. In addition, the test results of static contact angle also show that hydrophobicity of all the composite insulator sheds is well, and reaches the level of HC1-HC2. The suggestions about strengthening the supervision of composite insulators in-service and regularly performance testing are put forward.
