摘要
为研制适用于10 kV电缆线路带电作业的小型化快分快合操作机构,针对其使用需求设计了10 kV新型带电作业用消弧开关,对该开关在工频电压和操作过电压下内部电场的分布进行了计算分析与优化设计,最后对优化后的开关进行了测试。结果表明:新型带电作业用消弧开关内部由于静触头爪钩部位存在尖端效应导致该处电场强度较大,经优化设计后该消弧开关可承受42 kV工频电压,且该消弧开关可明显观察分合闸状态并实现快分快合,可快速可靠地切断较大的容性电流,满足10 kV电缆线路带电作业的需求。
To devehlp lhe miniaturization of quick breaking-closing operating meehanisnl which is applicable to 10 kV cable line live working, aeeording to lhe applied demand, this paper designed a new lype of are suppression switch for the 10 kV live working, calculated and optimized the electric field distribution al the power frequency voltage and switching over-voltag, and also tested the optimized switch. The results show that the eleetrie field intensity of fixed eontaet claw parts in tile new are suppression switch is relatively hig due to point effect. After optimal design, the switch can withstand the power frequency voltage of 42 kV, ohserve the breaking-closing stale clearly, realize the quick breaking-closing and cut off large capacitive cnn'ent quickly and reliably, thus meeting the needs of 10 kV cable line live working.
