摘要
为了实现对地电容电流的精确补偿,提出了一种基于谐波分量的配电网分相对地参数测量新方法。在对地参数不对称的电网条件下研究分相对地参数的测量方法,推导出A,B, C三相对地参数与三相电压及中性点不平衡电压之间的关联性。通过构建它们之间的函数关系,建立相应的针对分相对地参数的方程组。实现系统对地电容和对地电导的精确测量,最终实现配电网电容电流测量。通过Matlab仿真和理论计算验证了该方法的有效性。
In order to achieve accurate compensation of capacitance current to the ground,a new method based on harmonic components for relative parameter measurement in distribution network is proposed. The measurement method of relative ground parameters is studied under the grid with asymmetry of ground parameters,and the relationship between the relative parameters of A, B,C and the unbalanced voltage of the three - phase voltage and neutral point is found out. By constructing the function relationship between them,the corresponding equations for the relative parameters are established. The precision measurement of the ground capacitance and the ground conductance is realized,and finally the capacitance current measurement of distribution network is realized. Matlab simulation and theoretical calculation verify the validity of the method.
