摘要
为了实现变电站一次设备的智能化,研究了智能变电站过程层中的智能终端,并研制了一种数字智能终端系统的前端——智能控制单元。该智能控制单元设计采用嵌入式处理器ARM9(S3C2440A)作为主控芯片,主要实现对GIS中断路器、隔离开关等开关设备开关量、非开关量状态的数据采集与控制,并将采集到的数据就地数字化,通过光纤传输给智能终端的主控部分,进而对数据以IEC61850规约封装后通过GOOSE网络传输给间隔层设备进一步对数据分析处理。该智能控制单元直接嵌入到GIS中,大大减少了现场电缆的使用,并应用光纤传输增强了信号的抗干扰能力,为以后研究设计更加智能化、小型化、一体化GIS产品打下基础。
In order to realize the intelligence of primary equipment in substation, the paper focuses on the intelligent terminal of intelligent substation process layer, and develops the front end of a digital intelligent terminal system, which is the intelligent control unit. It is designed to realize the data acquisition and control of the circuit breaker, isolating switch and other switching devices in GIS using embedded processor ARM9 ($3C2440A) as the main control chip. The collected data is digitalized and transmitted to the main control part of the intelligent terminal through optical fiber, and then the data in the IEC61850 protocol package is transmitted through the GOOSE network to the spacer device for further analysis and processing. The intelligent control unit is directly embedded into the GIS, greatly reducing the use of the field cable. At the same time, the application of optical fiber transmission enhances the signal anti-interference ability, and lays the foundation for the future research and design of more intelligent, miniaturized and integrated GIS products.
