摘要
针对合智一体装置在电磁兼容试验中出现的若干问题,重点分析了电快速瞬变脉冲群、浪涌、静电放电等瞬态脉冲的特点。提出一种用于合智一体装置的抗电磁干扰措施,采用电容、磁珠、瞬态抑制二极管改进交流滤波回路、开关量输出回路、LED滤波回路,对干扰信号进行抑制。通过优化PCB布局布线,加强接地措施,减少各回路间相互耦合。试验结果证明,笔者总结出的合智一体装置硬件系统设计中采取的抑制电磁干扰的措施能有效地提高装置的抗电磁干扰能力。
To solve the problems in EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) test of IMU1T (integrated merging unit and intelligent terminal)equipment, the authors analyze the characteristics of the fast transient impulses, such as electrical fast transient/burst (EFT/B),surge, and electro-static discharge (ESD),and propose the following anti- interference methods to enhance EMC for IMUIT equipment. The AC filter circuit, digital output filter circuit, and LED filter circuit are modified with capacitors, magnetic bead or transient voltage suppressor(TVS)to enhance the interference suppression. The inter-coupling among different circuits can be reduced by optimizing the wiring and layout of PCB and keeping reliable grounding. Test results show that the proposed methods for suppressing electromagnetic interference in the hardware system design of IMUIT equipment are effective.
