摘要
封头是压力容器等化工设备的主要承压元件,其结构形式与其制造过程、承载能力、制造技术等有关。笔者采用ANSYS数值模拟和试验测定二者相结合的方式测定平板封头应力分布;对两种应力分析方法进行对比分析,得出封头应力变化的规律,对平板封头设计和选型具有一定的指导意义。
Head is the main pressure part of pressure vessel and other equipment, and its structure is related with manufacturing process, carrying capacity and manufacture technical requirements. The author uses the combination method of numerical simulation and test to test stress distribution of flat head, compare and analyze two kinds of stress analysis methods. It is concluded that the law of the stress change has a certain guiding significance to the head design and selection of the flat head.
