摘要
对某正拱带槽爆破片设计方案、结构尺寸的确定以及配置、安装与维护作简单的说明,并通过ANSYS软件对爆破片的应力分析,得到其最大应力,ANSYS分析结果与理论知识基本相符。以正拱带槽爆破片为例,给出ANASYS软件的有限元计算结果,最后得出结论。ANSYS软件为爆破片的的设计及其优化提供了理论依据。
Give a brief description of design, the size and configuration installation and maintenance of rupture the scored disc, ANSYS software is used to analyze the stress of rupture disc, the maximum is gotten , the result of finite element analysis is proved to be acceptable by compared with the theoretical knowledge. An illustration of rupture the scored disc can give finite element calculation results and conclusion, finite element analysis can provide a theoretical basis to optimize design for rupture disc.
