摘要
目的探讨一次性安尔碘消毒湿棉签的皮肤消毒效果及其开封后的有效期。方法分别用开封后1、3、5、7 d的一次性安尔碘消毒湿棉签对预计连续静脉输液≥7 d的患者进行手背部皮肤消毒,并对消毒效果进行细菌学监测。结果消毒后的菌落数均比消毒前显著减少(P〈0.05)。各个时间点消毒后皮肤菌落数比较,使用开封7 d湿棉签消毒后的皮肤菌落数显著多于其他时间点(P〈0.05)。开封后不同时间的消毒合格率比较,开封后7 d的消毒合格率显著下降(P〈0.05),而开封后1-5 d的消毒合格率无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论一次性安尔碘消毒湿棉签在开封5 d内,均具有良好的皮肤消毒效果,但是开封7 d时消毒效果明显下降。
Objective To explore the disinfection effects of disposable anerdian disinfection wet cotton swab on skin and the effective period after unsealing. Methods One, three, five and seven days after unsealing, the disposable anerdian disinfection wet cotton swabs were respectively used to disinfect the back of the hands of patients who were expected to be treated with consecutive intravenous infusion ≥ seven days. Bacteriological monitoring was applied to evaluate the disinfection effects. Results The number of bacterial colony after the disinfection significantly was less than that before the disinfection(P〈0.05). The number of bacterial colony after the disinfection with wet cotton swab seven days after unsealing was greater than that with wet cotton swabs unsealed for a shorter time(P〈0.05). The qualification rate of the disinfection with wet cotton swab seven days after unsealing was much lower than that with wet cotton swabs unsealed for a shorter time(P〈0.05). One to five days after unsealing, the qualification rate of the disinfection with wet cotton swabs showed no significant difference(P〉0.05). Conclusion Disposable anerdian disinfection wet cotton swabs unsealed for no more than five days have good disinfection effects on the skin, and the disinfection effects of wet cotton swab unsealed for seven days declines dramatically.
