摘要
为了有效保护铜坑矿地表工业设施,解决崩落法开采面临的矿石贫化率高等问题,开展了铜坑矿全尾砂结构流体胶结充填实验室试验研究。实验室试验结果表明,铜坑矿全尾砂的基本性质满足高浓度结构流自流输送的要求,胶结充填体28d强度可达2.5 MPa以上,但水泥耗量偏大,建议寻找性价比更优的胶结剂。
In order to effectively protect the industrial facili- ties on the surface of Tongkeng mine, and to reduce the high ore dilution during caving mining, laboratory experimental study on full railings cemented filling with fluid structure was carried out. The test results showed that the basic properties of full tailings in Tongkeng mine was available for the gravity transportation of high-concentration structure fluid. The strength of cemented filling bodies reached over 2.5 MPa in 28 days. However, due to high consumption of cement, it is suggested to find a better cementing agent.
