摘要
近年来,许多开采技术条件复杂、品位低的铁矿床正采用充填采矿法大规模开发,需要大规模、低成本、少排废等充填技术配套。铁矿床的充填技术从废石充填、分级尾砂充填发展到全尾砂充填,目前应用广泛的全尾砂结构流胶结充填工艺相比原来的全尾砂胶结充填,工艺简单、效率高、成本较低且投资较省,推动了铁矿床开采的技术进步,为复杂难采矿床大规模充填开采提供技术支撑。指出了未来铁矿床充填开采的主要发展方向。
In recent years, many complicated and low grade iron deposits are exploited by Stoping and filling method on a large scale in China, so the supporting of filling technologies with a largescale, low cost and a little waste discharge are needed. The filling technologies for iron deposit mining have been developed from the waste rock filling, classified tailings filling to the unclassified tailings filling. Compared to the original unclassified tailings cemented filling, the unclassified tailings structure fluid cemented filling which is widely used at present has the advantage of simple process, high efficiency, low cost and relatively little investment, it has promoted the progress of mining technology of iron deposits, and has provided technical support for a large - scale mining and filling of complicated mineral deposits. This paper points out the main developing direction of mining and filling for iron deposit exploitation in the future.
