双歧三联活菌联合水飞蓟宾治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效观察 被引量：8

摘要 [目的]探讨双歧三联活菌联合水飞蓟宾对非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效。[方法]选取2014年1月-2015年6月我院门诊非酒精性脂肪肝患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组予双歧三联活菌散剂联合水飞蓟宾胶囊口服,对照组单独予水飞蓟宾胶囊口服,疗程12周,比较2组肝功能、血脂、肝脏CT评分。[结果]治疗组及对照组各项评分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;2组比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]双歧三联活菌联合水飞蓟宾胶囊对改善非酒精性脂肪肝患者肝功能、血脂及肝脏CT评分有显著临床疗效。
