摘要
目的探讨质量控制对免疫组化制片技术质量的影响。方法随机将大鼠脑、心和肾组织,分为实验组和对照组,实验组使用质量控制后的切片,对照组使用传统的切片,将实验组和对照组切片在镜下观察,分析容易出现的问题,制定解决的措施,比较2组制片质量及诊断价值。结果实验组制片的质量明显优于对照组,有效制片率提高了16.67%,2组比较存在显著性的差异。结论病理技术的任何一环失控都能引起制片的质量问题,应对制片工作的每一个环节,都要提出具体的质量控制标准并进行有效的监督。
Objective To discuss the effect of quality control on immunohistochemical technique. Methods To divide rats＇ brain,heart and kidney into the experiment group and control group randomly, use the slice after quality control in experiment group, traditional slice in the control group, then observe and analyze the problems, make measures, and compare the quality and diagnostic value of the slices of two groups. Results The quality of the slice of experiment group is better than that of the control group, effective production rate rises by 16.67%. There are remarkable differences between the two groups. Problems like bad production, bad dyeing, false positive, and false negative, etc. may appear in any step such as tissue cutting, tissue slice, immunohistochemical reagent, and dyeing.Conclusions Quality problem may appear when any step of pathological technique is out of control. Detailed standard of quality control should be proposed for every step of the process in order to conduct effective supervision.
