摘要
以澳门某工程为背景,针对直立锁边金属屋面系统,提出了一种机械连接加固方案:采用螺栓将金属面板、T型支托与铝板固定,并对其进行了10.59 k Pa超大负风压作用下的受力性能试验研究,分析了金属屋面系统在超大风压作用下的变形特征及残余变形。试验结果表明:该加固方案可以满足超大风压作用下的结构安全性要求。
In order to improve the wind uplift resistance performance of standing seam metal roof system, one reinforcement scheme for mechanical connection was proposed. The metal roof,T-shape fixing support and aluminum panel were fixed together. The wind uplift structure tests on a project in Macao were carried out under the super negative wind load which was 10. 59 k Pa. The deflection and residual deflection under super wind loads were analyzed. The results showed that the reinforcement scheme could meet the structure safety under super wind loads.
