Risk assessment on highly concerned substances in cosmetics

摘要 介绍和讨论了化妆品中高关注物质的概念、我国和欧盟对检测出禁用物质的法规要求以及安全评价方法,提出化妆品原料和杂质的最高安全限值理论,结合实际案例对六价铬进行了安全评价。 The concept of highly concerned substances in cosmetics was introduced. The regulatory requirements and risk assessment methods for substances prohibited and restricted in cosmetics in China and EU were discussed. The theory of maximum safety limit for raw materials and impurities in cosmetics was put forward. Finally, the safety assessment was made in the actual case of Chromium （VI）.
