摘要
分析了广泛采用的行星式平面研磨抛光机的运动原理 .从节点、节圆入手 ,将复杂的研抛运动转化为在定中心距条件下工件与研磨盘相对于假想系杆的两个绕定轴的回转运动 ,根据其速比的取值不同 ,将行星式平面研抛运动归结为 3种类型 ;分析了其轨迹曲线类型 .为进一步分析轨迹类型与加工质量、效率的关系奠定了理论基础 .
The kinematic theory of face grinding process on lapping machines is analyzed. By means of pitch point and pitch circles, the complicated grinding process is converted into two rotations on condition that the center distance is fixed, i.e. parts against imaginary rod and grinding wheel against imaginary rod. According to the deviation of rotational speed ratio, the grinding process is classified as three types, and the path curves are also analyzed. All these have established a theoretical foundation for the further study of relations between path curves and manufacture quality and efficiency.
