The Development of Polishing Machine Admitting of Changing-direction Grinding with Constant Velocity

摘要 所研制的变向恒速平动研磨机,其工件平面相对于研磨盘的运动速度大小恒定,而方向沿圆周轨迹的切线方向循序渐变。分析与试验表明该实验机可获得高的研磨质量和高的生产率,并具有长寿命、对加工及安装精度要求低等特点。 A new kind of polishing machine was developed, which assures constant grinding velocity of the work surface relative to polishing pad, but with an ever changing-direction along the circular grinding path. The analysis and experiment showed that high polishing quality and productivity can be obtained by this machine, which also bears the characteristics of long life, low precision requirements for the manufacturing and mounting of this machine itself.
