摘要
培养和构建公安管理学专业人才的能力体系,是满足公安实战需要的保障。根据警务改革和人才培养规律,公安管理学专业人才应当具备基本的业务能力、数据处理能力、信息检索能力,掌握基本的警务技能,心理调适能力、主动学习能力和创新能力的培养也必不可少。但在实际的培养过程中,普遍存在能力培养与教学、与实战、与意识脱节等问题。为全面培养公安管理学专业人才的能力,应该创新人才培养模式、创新教学方式方法、加大师资建设力度和搭建校局互动平台。
Training and constructing of professional ability system of public security management talents is the guaranteeto meet the actual needs of the public security work. According to the law of police reform and talent training, publicsecurity management professionals should have the basic professional ability, data processing ability, information retrievalability, basic policing skills, psychological adjustment ability, learning ability and innovation ability. But in the process oftraining, there are lots of problems. Ability training is always divorced from teaching, actual combat and consciousness. Inorder to cultivate the ability of public security management professionals, we should innovate the mode of talents training,innovate the methods of teaching, strengthen the construction of teaching staff, and set up an interactive platform betweenschool and police’s practical departments.
