摘要
为了解广州市中小学校园足球的发展现状,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对广州市中小学开展校园足球活动的状况进行调查。结果发现:广州市中小学校园足球的发展喜忧参半,足球队训练和校园足球联赛发展态势良好,但校内足球活动普及率偏低;相比而言,初中校园足球的发展比小学和高稍差;学校领导不够重视,足球专业师资缺乏、个别教师工作积极性不高,体育场地设施不足和缺乏校园足球评价制度是影响广州市中小学校园足球发展的主要因素。建议:加大资金投入,改善学校体育场地设施条件;加强校园足球师资队伍建设,提高足球师资业务水平;建立校园足球考核评价机制,把校园足球评价与学校综合评价挂钩;构建校园足球文化,促进校园足球可持续发展。
In order to understand the development status of football in primary and secondary schools in Guangzhou,by using the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this study was conducted to investigate the situation of the campus football activities in primary and secondary schools in Guangzhou. The results shows that the development of Guangzhou school football is mingled hope and fear,the football team training and the trendsfor campus football league development arepositive,but the school football popularization rate is low; in contrast,the development of junior high school football is worse than primary and high school; school leaders do not pay enough attention,and the lack of professional teachers of football,individual teachers work enthusiasm is not high,lack of sports facilities and the lack of evaluation system of football on campus are the main factors which affect the elementary and middle schools in Guangzhou in the development of football on campus. Recommendations： increasingfund investment, improving school sports facilities; strengthen the construction of the campus football teachers,improving the professional level of teachers;establishing the campus football evaluation system,link campus football evaluation and comprehensive evaluation;construct the football culture,promote the sustainable development of the campus football.
