Advances in technology of minimal residual disease detection in childhood acute myeloid leukemia

摘要 近年来,虽然儿童急性髓系白血病(acute myeloid leukemia,AML)的治疗效果有了很大改善,但其复发仍然是影响预后的主要因素。大量研究表明微小残留病(minimal residual disease,MRD)的水平不仅与AML复发密切相关,而且对于判断其预后、指导个体化治疗同样具有重要意义。寻找特异性高、灵敏度高、简便、适用的检测方法一直是MRD研究的热点之一,该文将对AML的MRD检测技术最新的应用进展进行综述。 In recent years, the efficacy of treatment of childhood acute myeloid leukemia ( AML ) has been greatly improved, but relapse is still a main factor affecting prognosis. A large number of studies have indicated that the level of minimal residual disease(MRD) is closely related to the relapse of AML, and it also has great significance to predict the prognosis of the disease and guide treatment selection. The hot spot in MRD research is searching for detecting methods with high specificity and sensitivity, simple and suitable characteristics. This article aims to review the latest progress of MRD detecting technology of AML.
