摘要
出国访问学者项目是提升学者自身科研素质和能力、提高教育教学与管理水平,实现高等教育国际化的重要途径。中国对出国访问学者项目投入了大量的资源,对访学效果进行研究,有助于合理利用教育资源、公平分配教育资金、创新教育人才培养途径、优化相关政策。通过运用R统计分析软件进行多元回归分析,可以发现访学效果与访学动机、访学过程之间呈显著的正相关关系。研究结果显示,加强和树立正确的访学动机、严格审查访学申请书、拓展合作范围与内容、持续加大投入等途径可以继续巩固和提升访学效果。
Visiting Scholar Abroad Project is an important strategy of higher education internationalization to improve the scholar's ability of scientific research and to promote the level of teaching and management.China has invested a lot of resources into it;therefore studying its effect can help to use the resources reasonably,distribute education funds fairly,innovate ways to treat educationtalents and optimize the related policy.By using the R software for statistical computation to make multiple regression analysis,this paper founds out that there is a significant positive correlation between the motivation,procedure and effect of visiting scholar abroad project.The results obtained in this research shows that in order to consolidate and enhance the effect of visiting scholar abroad project,China should strengthen the correct motivation,strictly examine the application,expand the scope of cooperation and content and continue to increase the investment.
