摘要
教师出国进修是实现教师职业发展和大学国际化的重要手段,本文以首都高校645位有出国进修经历的教师为案例,通过问卷调查分析教师的出国进修效益。从教师进修期间和回国后的表现两个维度进行分析,研究发现教师出国进修可以实现一定程度的直接效益和间接效益,具体体现为教师认知、课程、科研和服务等四个方面的效益。
Faculty training abroad can promote faculty professional development and higher education internationalization. The effectiveness of training abroad is analyzed based on 645 faculty members' responses to a questionnaire. It is found that faculty training abroad can bring about direct and indirect benefits in faculty attitude,teaching,research and service. Direct and indirect effectiveness is analyzed and discussed.
