民用飞机企业在发展的过程中,必须要将供应商作为其重要资源来进行管理,供应商质量管理有着非常重要的作用,如果供应商有着非常高的质量标准,那么可以使得企业的工作效率提高、成本降低、质量得到保证。就民机企业如何对供应商的质量进行管理提出相应的建议和方法。
Suppliers must be managed as an important resource while the civil aircraft enterprises are developing. Supplier quality management takes a very important role.
