摘要
本文首先回顾供应商关系的演变过程,然后重点探讨适应新世纪市场竞争环境所应具备的新型供应商关系与传统供应商关系的区别,最后讨论了建立新型供应商关系与推进精益管理的关系。
Generally,a manufacturer needs a lot of suppliers to supply it with parts. The relationship between a manufacturer and suppliers is called supplier-relationship. In this paper,firstly,the author reviewes the developing process of supplier - relationship, secondly, puts emphasis on supplier -partnership, which adapts to market circumstances in the 21 century,finally,discusses the identity between establishing supplier - parthnership and advancing lean management.
