摘要
为去除松木木材中的灰分和小分子有机物,减少木质纤维组分在抽提处理过程中的损失,进行了优化松木木材抽提处理工艺研究。以抽提物的提取率、木质纤维组分的损失量为考核指标,采用95%乙醇溶剂对松木木材粉末进行抽提,研究溶剂种类、料液比、抽提温度、时间因素对抽提效果的影响。结果表明,最适宜的处理工艺是固液比参数为1∶15,抽提温度为78℃,抽提时间为4 h;当松木灰分含量<0.1%时,松木纤维素、半纤维素和木质素的损失量均<3%。
In order to remove the content of ash and the low - molecular - weight organics, and reduce the loss of lignoeellulose compounds in the extraction process, the treatment process of wood extractives were optimized. Taking the yield of the extraction and the loss - rate of lignocellulose compounds as inde- xes, we extracted the powder of pine by 95 % ethanol to investigate the kind of solvent, solid - liquid ratio, extraction time and temperature. The results indicated that the optimal treatment process was as follows: the liquid ratio was 1:15, the extraction temperature was 78℃ and the extraction time was 4 h. When ash content of pine was less than 0. 1%, the loss - rate of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin were all less than 3%.
