摘要
为了解决平原汽车在高原行驶时功率下降问题,提出了一种用于恢复高原柴油机功率的燃气涡轮辅助增压系统,该系统由燃烧室、压气机、涡轮、点火装置、喷油器、控制系统等辅助装置组成,燃气涡轮辅助增压系统的压气机要分别对燃烧室和原车柴油发动机供气,需要两种不同压比的空气。为满足上述要求设计了一种带有阶梯型叶轮和准流线型分隔式扩压器的压气机;并以某柴油机为例进行了计算分析,得到了初步的设计参数和工作参数;设计出切割前的高压比叶轮,对高压叶轮内部流场进行数值模拟计算,得到相应气动参数;通过计算结果分析叶轮出口流量分布和速度分布确定阶梯型叶轮出口参数和准流线型分隔板的形状,设计出准流线型阶梯叶轮。
In order to solve the problem of power reduction when plain cars are running at high altitude,a gas tur-bine turbocharging assisted system for recovering the power of a diesel engine in high lands was designed in this paper. The system includes a combustion chamber,a compressor,a turbine and relevant auxiliary devices such as an ignition facility,a fuel injector,as well as a control system. The compressor is used to provide air for the combustion chamber and the original diesel engine. Two kinds of different pressure ratios of air supply are needed. According to the demand of the gas turbine turbocharging assisted system,a new centrifugal compressor with a tip-cut impeller and quasi-streamline divided diffuser was designed. The high pressure ratio impeller before cut was designed and the internal flow field of the high pressure impeller was simulated. Therefor,the corresponding aerodynamic parameters were obtained. Through analyzing the distributions of flow and velocity of the impeller outlet,the parame-ters of a ladder-shaped impeller outlet and shape of the quasi-streamline side splitter were confirmed,leading to the design of the tip-cut impeller.
