摘要
以实现完整的育人功能为目标,以综合性及创新性为特征的现代工程训练,设置阶梯型多学科交叉融合的训练项目,遨游思维殿堂,使学生的创新能力得到渐进式提升。论文以"光机电一体化技术实训"课程为例推行多学科交叉融合的工程训练。对认知型训练,运用发散性思维+极限思维训练方法;对综合创新型训练,采用项目式的科学素养训练;对科技创新型训练,引入"大成智慧"教育思想,注重工程综合性与系统性,促进科学技术与艺术的结合。培养了具有社会责任的创新人才,可为其他高校的工程训练教学改革提供有益借鉴和参考。
In order to achieve the goal of the full function of educating people,the modern engineering training has the characteristics of comprehension and innovation. We set the ladder type interdisciplinary integration of modern engineering training,and note to promote gradual innovation ability of students. This paper takes course of "Light Mechanical and Electrical Integration Technology Training"as an example to use divergent thinking + limit thinking training method to train the cognitive innovation of students; to adopt scientific research project to train their comprehensive innovation; to introduce education thought of "great wisdom "to train the scientific and technological innovation. These methods promote the value of engineering system,students can understand the integration of science and technology and art. This paper can provide a useful reference for other universities in teaching reform of engineering training and the cultivation of innovative talents with social responsibility.
