摘要
目的分离和鉴定菝葜中α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性成分。方法在活性示踪下,采用色谱法分离纯化化合物,采用IR、MS、NMR等波谱技术鉴定结构。结果分离并鉴定了6个具有α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性的化合物,分别为:3,4-二甲氧基肉桂酸(1)、2,3-脱氢水飞蓟宾(2)、水飞蓟宾(3)、Aiphanol(4)、南方贝壳杉双黄酮(5)、南方贝壳杉双黄酮-4'-甲基醚(6)。结论该6个化合物为首次从菝葜的根茎中分离得到。
Objective To study the active composition of α-glycosidase 's inhibiting effect from the Rhizome of Smilax china( RSC). Methods In organisms active spiking,to separate the extractive of RSC by chromatography,IR,MS,NMR spectrum techniques were used to identify the structure of compounds. Results The isolated and identified six compounds were: 3,4-dimethoxy cinnamic acid( 1),2,3-dehydrogenation silibinin( 2),silibinin( 3),Aiphanol( 4),the South kauri biflavone( 5),the Southkauri biflavone 4'-methyl ether( 6). Conclusion The six compounds were isolated from the rhizomes of Smilax China for the first time.
