摘要
针对现行的高校设备政府采购的管理现状,以某高校设备政府采购管理为例,利用流程图分析法,对于设备采购前的申报、采购中的招标、采购完成后的归档验收等管理中遇到的问题,给出了切实可行的优化建议,希望以此作为完善政府采购管理水平、节约财政资金和提高采购效率的参考.
According to current status of government procurement management in the university,taking government procurement mangement in a university as an example,the problems encountered in the management feasible were found out by flow chart analysis,specific issues and optimization suggestions were proposed aiming at managements like the completion of the tender procurement of the declaration,purchase,purchase the filing acceptance,which can improve management level of government procurement,save financial fund and improve the efficiency of purchasing.
