摘要
针对西安北站在运输收入管理中存在的运输收入管理制度有待健全完善、运输收入报表账簿设置填记和运输收入分析质量有待规范提高、运输收入规章制度落实执行监督检查有待加强、运输收入岗位人员及管理人员专业知识技能有待提高等问题,西安北站重新修订下发运输收入管理制度,并采取运输收入报表账簿设置清单化、运输收入分析模块化、运输收入规章制度监督检查责任化、运输收入人员技能培训系统化等措施,提升高速铁路车站运输收入管理质量,同时提出成立售票车间、创新运输收入管理机制、动态管理岗位人员、加大技术创新管理力度等进一步提升车站运输收入管理质量的对策。
To deal with the issues of improving mechanism of the high-speed railway (HSR) station the revenue management institutions and including transport revenue accounts setting and reporting system to be standardized, revenue analysis quality to be augmented, revenue management audit rules and regulations implementation to be strengthened, professional skills of the related staff to be enhanced, etc., Xi'an North Railway Station has improved and revised the revenue management institutions and mechanism, and has adopted measures such as standardized detailed list of the revenue report, modularized analysis method of the revenue, clarified the responsibility of revenue inspection and audit arrangements, and training of the skills of the related staffs systematically, etc. Further countermeasures are proposed at the same time in order to improve the revenue management quality of high-speed railway station, such as establishment of the ticketing workshop, innovation of revenue management mechanism, dynamic management of the staffs and posts as well as reinforcement of technical innovation management.
