摘要
在当前加快转变铁路发展方式、全面实施多元化经营战略的新形势下,运输统计基础信息量成倍增长,传统的运输统计工作方式已不适应新的要求。面对机遇和挑战,兰州铁路局坚持以满足铁路经营需求为导向,以提升统计工作服务质量为目标,大力提升运输统计信息化管理水平,自主研发了多个提升运输统计手段、提高运输统计数据质量的信息系统,同时通过强化日常监督检查、组织开展应急演练、加强对站段统计工作的指导,实现运输统计工作的长足发展。
Under the new situation of accelerating transfer of railway development way and fully implementing diversified operation strategies, basic information amount of transport statistic has multiple growths, and traditional transport statistic working way could not adapt to the new requirement. In the face of opportunity and challenge, Lanzhou Railway Administration insists the direction of satisfying railway operation demand, takes increasing service quality of statistic work as object, greatly increases management level of transport statistic informationization, independently develops many approaches to increase transport statistics and enhancing information system of transport statistic data quality, at^the same time, Lanzhou Railway Administration realizes quiet great progress on transport statistic works through strengthening daily supervision and examination, organizing emergency drilling and enhancing guidance on station and depot＇s statistic works.
