六君子汤加减对单纯性肥胖女性血清Leptin、chemerin的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察六君子汤加减对单纯性肥胖女性血清Leptin、chemerin的影响。方法:将84例患者随机分为2组,观察组42例,对照组42例。观察组采用六君子汤加减治疗并配合饮食和行为治疗,对照组仅采用行为治疗、饮食治疗等方法治疗;2组患者均治疗3个月。观察治疗前后患者血清Leptin、chemerin及BMI、F%的变化。结果:2组患者治疗前血清Leptin、chemerin含量及BMI、F%比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者血清Leptin、chemerin含量及BMI、F%有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:六君子汤加减能降低单纯性肥胖患者血清Leptin、chemerin的含量,并能降低患者的体质指数和脂肪百分率。 Objective: To observe the effects of Liujunzi Tang modified on serum Leptin and chemerin levels in simple obese women. Methods: 84 cases with simple obese were randomly divided into 2 groups,42 cases in the observation group and 42 cases in the control group. The observation group was treated with Liujunzi Tang modified combined with diet and behavior therapy,and the control group was treated with behavioral therapy and diet therapy. The 2 groups were all treated for 3 months. The changes of serum Leptin,chemerin,F% and BMI were observed before and after treatment. Results: Serum levels of Leptin,chemerin and BMI,F% showed no significant difference in the two groups patients before treatment( P〈0. 05). Serum levels of Leptin,chemerin and BMI,F% were lowered obviously after treatment,the effects of observation group were more significant than those of control group. Conclusion: Liujunzi Tang can reduce the content of serum Leptin and chemerin in the simple obesity women,and reduce the body mass index and fat percentage.
