苦参碱对高脂肥胖大鼠体重、血脂和过氧化能力的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察苦参碱对高脂性肥胖大鼠体重、血脂和抗氧化能力的影响,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法将44只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、高脂组、苦参碱低剂量组(7.5 mg.kg-1.d-1)、中剂量组(15 mg.kg-1.d-1)和高剂量组(30mg.kg-1.d-1)。每天定时灌胃,记录进食量,每周定时称体重。8周末采血,测血糖和血清生化指标,观察苦参碱对大鼠体重、脂类代谢和抗脂质过氧化作用等的影响。结果与高脂组比较,苦参碱高、中和低剂量组均可以明显降低肥胖大鼠的热量摄入和体重。与高脂组比较,苦参碱中剂量组血糖、甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸、丙二醛和谷丙转氨酶的含量均有明显的降低,而总抗氧化能力提高。结论苦参碱可明显抑制高脂性肥胖大鼠体重的增加,调节糖脂代谢紊乱,增强抗脂质过氧化能力,保护肝脏功能。 Objective To observe the effects of matrine on weight, serum lipids and anti - oxidative capacity in high-fatted SD rats. Methods Fouty - four SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: control group, high - lipid group , high-dose matrine group(30 mg · kg^-1· d^-1), middle-dose matrine group( 15 mg · kg^-1· d^-1) and low-dose matrine group(7.5 mg· kg^-1· d^-1). SD rats were fed with ordinary diet and administered physiological saline in control group and high - lipid group and other SD rats were administered matrine and fed with high - fat diet. Food intake was monitored daily, and body weight was weighed weekly at set time . At the end of the eighth week, blood glucose and serum biochemical indexes were determined. Resuits Matrine significantly reduced the body weight (P 〈 0.05 ). Middle - dose matrine decreased blood glucose, the fasting serum levels of malondialdehyde, free fatty acids, glutamic - pyruvic transaminase and elevated the total antioxidative capacity. Conclusion Matrine can significantly inhibit the weight gain of high - fatted rats, regulate the blood lipids and blood glucose metabolism disorders, enhance anti -lipid peroxidation and protect the liver function.
