摘要
利用计算流体力学(CFD)软件FLUENT对一种双腔式锂电池涂布挤压模头进行流场模拟,研究其结构参数对浆料在挤压模头出口速度分布均匀性的影响,同时给出了浆料在型腔入口—出口压强差的近似表达式。
The flow simulation of a double-cavity extrusion die with coating M-ion power bat- tery was made by FLUENT of CFD software. The influence of the structural parameters on the uniformity of the slurry outlet velocity distribution was investigated. In addition, a sim- plified model was proposed, which gave the relationship of slurry pressure difference be-tween entrance and exit.
