校园网用户很多，出口速度又小，如何管理流量，充分利用有限的资源是一个急需解决的课题．本文提供了一个使用路由器和代理技术实现的流量管理方案．
The traffic management of a campus network is an urg6nt problem to be solved due to its limited exit speed and numerous number of users. This paper presents a solution by using Cisco router and proxy technology.
