摘要
在分析EPC总承包商向分包商转移知识的过程以及关系质量对其影响的基础上,构建相应的系统动力学模型,应用Vensim PLE软件对该模型进行有效性检验和灵敏度分析,仿真结果表明,总承包商与分包商的关系质量能够促进EPC总承包商向分包商的知识转移。在提高总承包商与分包商的关系质量的同时,还应从组织文化差异、知识转移平台、分包商学习导向和知识转移阈值等方面着手提高知识转移的整体水平。
Starting from the analysis on the process of EPC construction project general contractor transferring knowledge to a subcontractor and the impact of the relationship quality on the general contractor and the subcontractor in this process, a system dynamical model which describes the relations is built. The software tool Vensim PLE is used to examine the pre- dictions of the model with simulation analysis and sensitivity test. The simulation results show that relationship quality has a significantly positive effect on knowledge transfer from the general contractor to the subcontractor. By improving relationship quality, the overall level of knowledge transfer in the EPC project context should be improved from organizational cultural differences, knowledge transfer platform, learning orientation and knowledge transfer threshold.
