摘要
目的 探讨双波长脉冲染料激光治疗不同深度婴幼儿会阴部位血管瘤的疗效和安全性。方法 选取2015年4月1日至2015年12月31日至我科就诊的采用（585-1 064）nm双波长脉冲染料激光（美国Cynergy公司）治疗的会阴部血管瘤患儿共22例。术前均行体表肿物超声检查,评估瘤体厚度及血流信号等,决定治疗方案。对治疗效果和不良反应进行评价。结果22例患儿平均治疗次数为（5.00±2.15）次,总有效率为77.27%。其中,浅表组有效率为92.86%,治疗的平均次数为（4.71±2.43）次;深部组有效率为50.00%,治疗的平均次数为（5.5±1.58）次。两组有效率差异具有明显统计学意义（P〈0.05）。22例患儿治疗过程中,出现水疱及浅表性瘢痕1例,色素减退斑6例,色素沉着斑2例。瘢痕以外的其余不良反应均在逐渐消退。结论 （585-1 064）nm双波长脉冲染料激光治疗婴幼儿会阴部浅表血管瘤疗效确切,安全性高,不良反应少,患儿及家长依从性高。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of the cynergy multiplex laser in the treatment of different depth of the perineal infantile he- mangioma. Methods In this study,from April 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015, a total of 22 children with perineal hemangioma were treated with cynergy nmhiplex laser in the department of dermatology of Kunnfing Children＇s Hospital. Before treating, in order to revealed the nature of the lesions including the border, size, location, depth, internal blood flow and so on, the ultrasonography was carried out in every case. The therapeutic regimen was ehoosed based on the nature of the lesions. The clinical effectiveness and side effects were assessed. Results All the patients accepted （5.00±2.15） times of treatment. The total cure rate was 81.82%. The effective rate of the superficial group was 92.86%, that is higher than the effective rate of the deep group, which was 87.5%. The total cure time was （5.00±2.15） times. The cure time of the superficial group was （4.71±2.43 ）, that is lower than the cure time of the deep group, which was（5.5±1.58）. Among of the 22 cases, 6 cases with depigmentation and 2 cases witn pigmentation were observed, which fully recovered without further treatment. 1 case witn vesicle and atrophic scars has not yet recovered. Conclusion It suggest that cynerge muhiplex laser is an effective therapy for perineal infantile hemangioma which is a depth of 6mm with mild side effects.
