摘要
学前教育专业实践教学基地内涵建设是学前教育事业高速发展必然要求,也是学前教育专业人才培养模式改革的现实需要。质量意识建设滞后、良性互动尚未形成、师资队伍薄弱三大问题严重制约了学前教育专业实践教学基地内涵建设进程。从全面增强内涵建设主体的质量意识、全面践行"双赢"的基地建设理念、全面打造一支高素质的指导教师队伍入手,有利于促进学前教育专业实践教学基地的内涵式发展。
The connotation construction of preschool education professional teaching practice base is not only the prerequisite for preschool education career development but also a great necessity for the reform on preschool education professional personnel training mode. The delay construction of quality consciousness,the underdeveloped sound interaction,and the incompetent teaching personnel severely hinders the development of the connotation construction of preschool education professional teaching practice base. It will be beneficial for promoting the connotation construction of preschool education professional teaching practice base by comprehensively enhancing the quality consciousness of the main participants of connotation construction,fully practicing the"win- win"theory of base construction,and constructing a high quality guiding teachers' team.
