摘要
学前教育在国家政策的指引下得到了快速发展。为保障人才培养质量,教育部要求各高校建设长期稳定的教育实习基地,努力强化教育教学实践环节。因此,在优质民办幼儿园建设学前教育专业实习基地弥补实践教学基地不足的重要途径。文章对当前学前教育专业实习基地建设现状以及在民办幼儿园创建实习基地的优缺点进行了分析,从幼儿园硬件环境、师资力量、办园特色及合作意向等方面就拓展优质民办幼儿园实习基地建设提出了建议。
Pre-school education under the guidance of national policy has been rapid development .For the protection of personnel training quality, the ministry of education requires all colleges and universities build long-term stable base for educational practice. Efforts to strengthen the educational aspects of teaching practice, therefore, private kindergarten building in quality pre-professional internship base important way to make up for lack of practice teaching base. The article on the current status of pre-professional training bases and creating practice base in private kindergartens were analyzed advantages and disadvantages. From kindergarten hardware environment, teachers, office park features and other aspects of cooperation intent on expanding high-quality private kindergarten internship bases suggestions.
