摘要
目的：探讨肠易激综合征患者氟哌噻吨美利曲辛（黛力新）治疗前后临床特征比较的变化。方法选择2015年1—12月在华北理工大学附属医院消化内科住院的肠易激综合征患者68例，按照平行对照设计原理，将所有患者分为治疗组（34例）和对照组（34例），对照组给予常规治疗＋双歧三联活菌，治疗组给予常规治疗＋双歧三联活菌＋黛力新。治疗4周后，观察两组患者腹痛、腹部不适、腹泻、便秘、焦虑等临床症状，并比较治疗效果。结果治疗后治疗组与对照组比较，腹痛（治疗组30例、对照组28例，χ2＝6．91， P＝0．03）、腹部不适（治疗组32例、对照组31例，χ2＝7．03， P＝0．02）、腹泻（治疗组31例、对照组32例，χ2＝8．76， P＝0．01）、便秘（治疗组26例、对照组27例，χ2＝7．35， P＝0．02）、焦虑（治疗组29例，对照组30例，χ2＝16．70， P＝0．00）差异有统计学意义。结论黛力新联合双歧三联活菌治疗肠易激综合征具有很好的疗效，能够改善患者的临床症状。
Objective To observe the effect of the Deanxit combined with bifidobacteria in the patients with irritable bowel syndrome（ IBS） .Methods Sixty-eight cases of IBS patients from the Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Science and Technology were enrolled from January to December in 2015.In accordance with the principle of parallel group design,68 cases of IBS patients were divided into treated group （34 cases） and controlled group （34 cases）.Conventional therapy combined with bifidobacteria was given only in controlled group,and conventional therapy combined with bifidobacteria and Deanxit was given in treated group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptoms of 2 groups of patients with abdominal pain,abdominal discomfort,diarrhea,constipation,anxiety and other clinical symptoms were observed,and the therapeutic effect was compared.Results Compared with the control group, the treatment group had significant differences in abdominal pain （30 cases of treatment group,28 cases of control group,χ2=6.91, P=0.03） ,abdominal discomfort （ 32 cases of treatment group, 31 cases of control group,χ2=7.03, P =0.02）,diarrhea（31 cases of treatment group,32 cases of control group,χ2 =8.76, P=0.01）,constipation （26 cases of treatment group,27 cases of control group,χ2=7.35, P=0.02） and anxiety（29 cases of treatment group,30 cases of control group,χ2=16.70, P=0.01） .Conclusion Deanxit combined with bifidobacteria in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome has good curative effect and can improve clinical symptoms.
