浅析抗焦虑抑郁药治疗功能性胃肠病的理论和实践 被引量：20

摘要 功能性胃肠病（functional gastrointestinal disorders，FGID）是具有慢性或反复发作的胃肠道症状，但缺乏能解释该症状的器质性疾病或其他异常证据的一组疾病。FGID有以下突出的临床特点：①患病率高，约占消化科门诊的50％～70％。②症状产生机制复杂，可能涉及胃肠道运动、分泌和感觉紊乱，以及机体对胃肠内脏感觉的超敏反应（即内脏高敏感现象）。
