摘要
本研究以含有云南野生甘蔗亲本的31个杂交组合为研究对象,选择影响甘蔗杂交组合品质最大的4个因素(锤度、株高、茎径、丛有效茎)进行调查分析。采用模糊综合评判方法,研究四个因素相互作用对31个甘蔗杂交组合的影响,从中筛选出属优的甘蔗杂交组合1个(云瑞10-509×德蔗03-68),较优的6个(云瑞03-417×云瑞10-550,云瑞10-979×云瑞05-271,云瑞10-956×云瑞05-189,云瑞10-648×云瑞05-785,云瑞10-498×粤糖91-976,云瑞10-979×云瑞06-2416,)在今后的育种中可以重点利用。
31 hybrid combinations with wild sugarcane blood were studied in this paper. Brix,stalk height,stalk diameter and number of millable stalks which determined the quality of sugarcane cross combinations were chosen as the main parameters. The four parameters were tested and analyzed by fuzzy comprehensive judgment to evaluate the 31 wild sugarcane cross combinations from Breeding Station of Sugarcane Research Institute in Yunnan. The results showed that YR10-509 × DZ03-68 was the best combination,and another 6 combinations were good combinations,containing YR03-417 × YR10-550,YR10-979 × YR05-271,YR10-956 × YR05-189,YR10-648 × YR05-785,YR10-498 × YT91-976 and YR10-979 × YR06-2416. These cross combinations would be planted for future breeding practice.
