摘要
本文选用9个新台糖系列甘蔗品种与不同类型亲本杂交,选配组合38个,研究了新台糖系列品种有性杂交世代主要性状的遗传效应。结果表明,新台糖系列亲本及组合选配方式对杂交后代性状的影响存在显著差异;对主要性状遗传力贡献的大小为组合(64.2%)>母本(57.5%)>父本(26.8%);后代主要性状的遗传力大小顺序为株高>蔗产量>糖产量>有效茎>茎径>锤度;9个新台糖系列亲本中,ROC26作为母本,ROC23和ROC24作为父本后代糖产量、蔗产量和锤度的一般配合力大,可分别作为高产、高糖母本和父本加以利用;ROC26×云蔗89-7、选蔗15×ROC23、云蔗94-343×ROC24、L75-20×ROC22、粤糖93-159×ROC10、ROC22×粤辐90-15、ROC10×CP67-412、ROC11×CP72-3591、ROC10×CP72-2086和CP67-412×ROC10等组合后代蔗、糖产量及锤度表现佳,特殊配合力(SCA)强。
Thirty eight combinations were selected between nine ROC sugarcane varieties and various types of parents. Heredity effects of main traits of sexual generation of the ROC varieties were studied in this paper. The result indicated that effects on offspring by mate, female and combination were significant difference. The contribution sequence of broad-sense heritability on offspring was combination (64.2 % ) 〉 female (57.5 % ) 〉 male (26.8 % ), sequence of main traits broad-sense heritability was plant height 〉 cane yield 〉 sugar yield 〉 mill- able stalk 〉 diameter 〉 brix. Among the 9 ROC varieties, following clones with high general combining ability ( GCA), ROC26 could be excellent female parent, ROC23 and ROC24 could be excellent male parents, offsprings generated from above mentioned parents respectively could be expected to be of fine performances. And the ones from combinations ROC26 × Yunzhe89-7 ,Xuanzhe15× ROC23 ,Yunzhe94-343× ROC24,L75-20 × ROC22, Yuetnag93-159 ×ROC10, ROC22 x Yuefu90-15, ROC10× CP67-412, ROCll × CP72-3591, ROC10 × CP72- 2086 and CP67-412 × ROC10 could be expected to be of high sugar yield, cane yield and high sugar content and with high specific combining ability (SCA).
