摘要
目的研究苦丁茶对自发性高血压大鼠心室重构的影响。方法将实验大鼠随机分为SHR苦丁茶处理组、SHR空白组以及WKY对照组,实验8周后观察大鼠血压、心肌厚度、LVWI值、CVF值、PVCA值、H-E和Masson染色病理学情况以及心肌Adipo R1 m RNA与Adipo R1蛋白表达情况。结果苦丁茶作用8周后,SHR苦丁茶处理组大鼠收缩压、左心室厚度、LVWI值、CVF值和PVCA值均低于SHR空白组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病理学改变上SHR苦丁茶处理组心肌纤维化程度低于SHR空白组。SHR苦丁茶处理组大鼠Adipo R1 m RNA和Adipo R1蛋白相对表达量相比SHR空白组明显增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苦丁茶可以抑制自发性高血压大鼠心肌重构。
Objective To investigate the effect of broadleaf holly leaf on ventricular remodeling in spontaneously hyper- tensive rats. Methods Laboratory rats were randomly divided into SHR broadleaf holly leaf treatment group, SHR blank group and WKY control group. The blood pressure, myocardium thickness, LVWI value, CVF value, PVCA value, pathology by H-E and Masson staining, and expression of AdipoR1 mRNA and AdipoR1 protein in myocardium were observed. Results After 8 weeks of treatment by broadleaf holly leaf, the systolic pressure, left ventricular thickness, LVWI value, CVF value, and PVCA value were significantly lower in the SHR broadleaf holly leaf treatment group than in the SHR blank group (P〈0.05). As to pathological alteration, the degree of myocardial fibrosis was significantly lower in the SHR broadleaf holly leaf treatment group than in the SHR blank group (P〈0.05). The relative expression of AdipoR1 mRNA and AdipoR1 protein was significantly higher in the SHR broadleaf holly leaf treatment group than in the SHR blank group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Broadleaf holly leaf can inhibit the myocardial remodeling in spontaneously hypertensive rats.
