家庭旅馆电子商务研究——以厦门鼓浪屿为例

摘要 本文采用调查法、文献研究法等科学方法,对鼓浪屿住店客人及在线商务网站分别进行访谈、归纳与整理.研究表明鼓浪屿家庭旅馆电子商务运行基本正常,发展潜力巨大,但同时也暴露出在线咨询速度慢、网站内容不全面、价格折扣低、网络营销模式单一等问题.在此基础上建议应完善在线网站的功能与建设,创新网络营销策略,改进营销模式,提供安全的电子支付环境,加大对电子商务人才的培养等措施. Using the survey, documentary research and other scientific methods, the hotel vips and online commerce sites in Gulangyu were interviewed, concluded and arranged, respectively. The result showed that the e-commerce of family hotels can be normally operated and has a great potential. However, some problems have also appeared, such as slow response to the online consultation, incomplete website contents, low discounts and monotonous online marketing and so on. Based on this case, some proposals including strengthening the function of online network, innovating the online marketing, improving the marketing mode, providing a secure platform for the online payments and cultivating e-commerce talents are put forword.
