摘要
介绍了客户关系管理软件的现状和发展前景,客户关系管理系统的定义、组成和模块结构,基于Web的客户关系管理系统的开发方法。着重讨论了用动态服务器页面(ASP)与SQLServer开发客户关系管理应用软件时的数据库访问技术和动态网页制作技术。结果表明客户关系管理系统在企业管理中有广泛的应用前景。
This paper introduces the status and development of Customer Relationship Management(CRM),definition, composing and structure of CRM system,development of CRM system based on Web.It discusses the key technology database and active pages of development CRM system based on ASP and SQL Server.The results show that the CRM system has the great potential of application in enterprise management.
