摘要
目的:研究临床上在三维电解剖标测系统指导下射频消融治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的安全性及临床效果。方法:应用前瞻性研究分析本院72例行室上性心动过速射频消融术的患者,按照随机数字表法分为A、B组,每组各36例。A组在Carto3系统指导下行瓣环三维重建并在三维模型指导下行射频消融手术治疗,B组在X线透视下行射频消融手术,比较两组的术后成功率、手术并发症、总手术时间、X线透视时间、术后6个月复发率。结果:A组的手术总时间较B组长,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组X线透视时间较B组短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组未发生并发症及复发,B组中有2例患者复发。结论:Carto3指导阵发性室上速的射频消融疗效满意,可减少X线透视时间,且并发症发生率及复发率低。
Objective： To study the safety and clinical effect in three-dimensional electrical, dissection standard measurement system under the guidance of radiofrequency ablation for paroxysmal supraventrieular tachycardia.Method： 72 patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia were selected in our hospital, under the prospective study they were randomly divided into group A and B, 36 cases in each group.Group A was guided by the Carto3 system to downstream flap ring three-dimensional reconstruction and guided by the three-dimensional model of radiofrequency ablation surgery, group B was given X-ray radio frequency ablation surgery.The success rate, complication rate, total operation time, postoperative X-ray fluoroscopy time and recurrence rate in postoperative 6 monthes of two groups were compared.Result： The total operation time of group A was slightly longer than group B, there was no statistically significant difference （ P〉0.05 ） .But the X-ray fluoroscopy time in group A was shorter than group B, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .There was no complications and recurrence in group A, group B recurrence of 2 cases.Conclusion： Carte3 guidance on paroxysmal ventrieular rate of radiofrequency ablation curative effect is satisfied, it can reduce the X-ray fluoroscopy time, complication rate and recurrence rate.
